PHARMACOLOGICALACTION

S-Adenosyl Methionine (SAM-e): Some evidence suggests that SAMe may help people with liver disease. Preliminary research suggests it may help to normalize liver enzyme levels and helps with cholestasis. It also helps maintain stable mood and joint function without side effects. SAMe has multiple mechanisms of action that are used throughout the body, especially in the liver, which help maintain liver health. Largely known for its effects on optimal mood, SAMe also shows benefits for the and joints.

Metadoxine: accelerates fatty liver recovery in alcoholic patients.

Ursodeoxycholic Acid: is a bile acid used for dissolving gallstones and a type of liver disease known as primary biliary cirrhosis.

L-Methylfolate : 70% of the population is living with a folate deficiency. L Methylfolate crosses the brain barrier and helps form Tetrahydrobiopterin which is needed to synthetize dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonine

Choline Bitartrate: is not only an incredible way to support mental energy and cognitive processing, it is also the main building block for Acetylcholine, which is the primary neurotransmitter involved in muscular contraction.

Silymarin

Regenerate liver cells damaged by alcohol or drugs

Decongest the liver (A liver decongestant stimulates bile flow through the liver and gallbladder, thus reducing stagnation and preventing gallstone formation and bile-induced liver damage.)

Increase the survival rate of patients with cirrhosis

Complement the treatment of viral hepatitis

Protect against industrial poisons, such as carbon tetracholoride (a colorless gas that leaks into air, water and soil near manufacturing and waste sites)

Protect the liver against pharmaceuticals that stress the liver, such as acetaminophen and tetracycline

L-OrnithineL-Aspartate:  LOLA has shown a statistically significant effect with respect to reduction in Hepatic Encephalopathy (HE) grade, reduction of blood ammonia concentration and positive effects on psychomotor function in patients of cirrhosis with minimal HE and overt chronic Grade I HE, as compared to placebo.

Inositol: is a vasodilatator and lipid lowering agent. It improves circulation be releasing histamine which causes the blood vessels to dilatate and breaks up a protein needed for the clotting of blood. It also prevents the formation of lipids in the body, which helps to lower cholesterol and triglicerides.

Taurine: is a major constituent of bile and can be found in the large intestine and accounts for up to 0.1% of total human body weight. Taurine has many fundamental biological roles, such as conjugation of bile acids, antioxidation, osmoregulation (the process by which cells maintain fluid and electrolyte balance with their surroundings), membrane stabilization (Membrane stabilizing agents are reduce the hyper-excitability of nerves), and modulation of calcium signaling.
